This charming residence is tucked into a small neighborhood between two bustling downtown streets. The challenge was to maximize the potential of this narrow garden space, and to soften the large walls and noisy traffic. Landscape lighting brings delightful details to life when the sun goes down.
The design for this project, inside and out, reflects the love of modern art and architecture shared by the homeowners. The architect and builders responded with clean lines and angles that created ample opportunities for an exciting integration of the home with its waterfront landscape.
This project is courtyard design at its finest. Three central spaces create a fluid conversation between architecture and landscape. From Orange Avenue, a koi and lotus pond invite entry, while a bold fountain provides kinetic energy and white noise to soften the urban street sounds. To reach the home’s front door, one must float across large concrete pads.
The vision for this project was to create the aesthetic of a true beach house. The connection between home and coastal environment was paramount to every design decision.
This modern home features clean, crisp, rich design and stunning views of Roberts Bay. Driven by the challenges of the site, which includes a shared driveway, our concept was to lead the eye inward and upward through the home and beyond, focusing on architectural detail and framing the experiences of entry and view.
This renovation illustrates our ability and excitement to execute complete exterior general contracting coordination services. In addition to reconceptualizing the design for the swimming pool, entertainment areas and circulation in this family’s backyard, we redesigned the rear facade of the home, right down to the paint color. The result is a cohesive expression of outdoor living.
This renovation on Roberts Bay is fit for an avid Florida fisherman and his family. The canal-front home was transformed into a lush, tropical retreat with deep wood tones, a lagoon style pool and sprawling flagstone deck, a meandering walkway in boulder and shell, and pops of flame found in both fire and foliage.
This dramatic, modern renovation on Midnight Pass combines fresh, clean, Gulf-inspired hardscape materials with a native coastal plant palette and playful pops of color. Significant earthwork brought the dune systems right up to the rear facade of the home. The result is an oasis that settles neatly into its piece of Turtle Beach paradise.
The owners of this custom built home on Casey Key have an affinity for the Asian-inspired aesthetic. In addition to creating a garden rich with texture and color, our scope of services included the design of focal entry pieces, water features, earthwork, and the location of an impressive collection of statuary.
This renovation transformed two disjointed beachfront residences into one cohesive resort-style retreat. The circulation through the site was completely reinvented. What was once a confusing entry sequence is now an outdoor lounge with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.
This stunning project began as a pool yard renovation, addressing a pool that felt disconnected from the property and architecture. The owner envisioned the romance of a subtropical Key West garden. We achieved this aesthetic by creating outdoor rooms, informed by their strong axial relationship to the pool. The result is a cohesive backyard experience.
