This renovation transformed two disjointed beachfront residences into one cohesive resort-style retreat. The circulation through the site was completely reinvented. What was once a confusing entry sequence is now an outdoor lounge with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico.
For this main residence and its historical guest house, privacy was preserved, but the renovation introduced a sense of connection by creating shared courtyard and ocean frontage spaces. The home's entry was completely reoriented, the courtyard regraded, and the elevated pool was refinished with glass tile to truly become the garden's focus. All views are pulled dramatically toward the Gulf, uniting the homes in celebration of the seaside experience.
