This dramatic, modern renovation on Midnight Pass combines fresh, clean, Gulf-inspired hardscape materials with a native coastal plant palette and playful pops of color. Significant earthwork brought the dune systems right up to the rear facade of the home. The result is an oasis that settles neatly into its piece of Turtle Beach paradise.

The hardscape for this project was completely revisioned, complementing the clean architectural lines of this oceanfront renovation. We regraded and recirculated the back of the property and integrated and enhanced the dunes to meet the home, creating a sense of unity and belonging with the Gulf frontage. Across the private street, a kayak launch beckons.
