This modern home features clean, crisp, rich design and stunning views of Roberts Bay. Driven by the challenges of the site, which includes a shared driveway, our concept was to lead the eye inward and upward through the home and beyond, focusing on architectural detail and framing the experiences of entry and view.
To achieve our goal, we framed views and details with a palette of structural plant material. The experience is anchored through a detailed hardscape that references the architecture. A custom fountain enhances the entry sequence. Each exterior element works together: the pool, the deck, the collection of custom concrete planters and fire tables, and all landscape and hardscape materials. It was a joy to collaborate on this truly integrative team and create a one of a kind property that suits these clients perfectly.
